*Although we are “in-network” with most major insurers, some patients may need to receive their vaccines at the pharmacy so that they can receive their vaccines completely free of charge.

Vaccines, if missing, are available at our Oakland Park office for $20/each via the Vaccines for Children “VFC” Program or for free at the health department.
ADULTS
(19+ YEARS OLD)
$350
Includes all required laboratory tests; immunity checks for Hepatitis B, MMR and Varicella (as needed); physical examination, and completion of Form I-693.
